After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the annual Engel & Völkers Florida Leadership Summit is making a highly anticipated in-person comeback! EVFLS brings together more than 100 broker/owners, brokerage staff, corporate executives and preferred vendors for a day of networking, learning, best practice and idea sharing, and celebration. 

This year, EVFLS will kick off with a Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 28th at Innovation Hotel in Naples, Florida and continue on Friday, April 29th with a full day of insightful general sessions, educational presentations, engaging panel discussions and more. The event will conclude with an awards gala that evening where we will announce the first winner of the Engel & Völkers Florida Cup. 

From now on, the Engel & Völkers Florida Cup will be awarded each year to the shop that successfully demonstrates a clear commitment to growth in their local market, is a leader within the network, and leverages our shop concept, systems, tools, marketing programs, and more to the best of their ability.
