In honor of National Splurge Day, we're featuring some of our most extravagant listings on the market. These price tags may shock some, but given the rapid pace of Florida’s high-end housing market, are more common than one might think. 

In 1994, Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith created "National Splurge Day" as a way to encourage consumers to go out and indulge with the hopes of adding a little boost to the economy. Koopersmith has created more than 1,900 holidays -- or "holidates," as she likes to call them over the last 30 years.
