Our colleagues at Engel & Völkers Yachting Americas have expanded into Florida! This launch marks the third yachting shop in the Americas led by Walter Johnson and Leeann Iacino, the shops’ President and COO. The newly opened yachting office is located right above our Engel & Völkers Olde Naples real estate shop in the heart of main street on 5th Avenue South, close to restaurants, shopping and within walking distance to area marinas and the beach. 

Engel & Völkers Yachting Americas collectively boasts a team of 18 dedicated yacht professionals with a deep knowledge and expertise across all brands and sizes of power and sailboards, as well as mega yachts. There are also two charter divisions of Engel & Völkers Yachting Americas, one located on the West Coast, and one on the East Coast. 

"Yacht purchases have absolutely sky-rocketed over the last 14 months," said Benson. "Instead of vacationing by air, consumers are hitting the water in record numbers, and with Florida being the yacht capital of the world, the timing is ideal for our expansion."
