High Intensity Interval Training utilizes quick, intense bursts of exercise with short periods of recovery to improve cardiovascular health. In a HIIT class, you can expect to have your heart PUMPING for the majority of the workout🔥 Participants leave feeling motivated and accomplished!

In this workshop, participants will learn what it’s like to create and teach your own total body workout class.
