I made three batches of these yesterday for Christmas morning. If you haven’t made cinnamon rolls from scratch, now is the time! They aren’t too difficult and your family/friends are going to be impressed by the melty brown sugar center of these bad boys. Xoxo.

What’s needed::
▢ ⅓ cup almond milk
▢ 2 tbsp butter
▢ 2¼ tsp instant or active dry yeast
▢ 1 egg
▢ ½ cup pumpkin purée
▢ ¼ cup white sugar
▢ ¼ tsp nutmeg
▢ ½ tsp cinnamon
▢ ½ tsp salt
▢ 2⅓ cup all purpose flour
Filling:::::
▢ 5 tbsp butter softened
▢ ½ cup brown sugar
▢ 1 tbsp cinnamon
▢ ½ tsp nutmeg
▢ ½ tsp allspice
▢ ¼ tsp ground ginger
▢ ¼ tsp ground clove
Icing:::::
▢ 2 cup confectionery sugar
▢ 1 tbsp milk *any milk
