French Toast Muffins 😋
Yep, handheld bread pudding/french toast muffins! These are crispy on the top with melt in your mouth spongy centers. The best brunch or breakfast item and they are SO EASY to make. AD: I used my goodcookcom non-stick muffin pan to get them perfectly cooked. It’s my most reliable muffin pan! I top mine with powdered sugar AND maple syrup, but you do you boo!
