Gouda & Spinach Grilled Cheese 🧀 
~On Roasted Garlic Bread~
Que the childhood favorite, but make it elevated! This grilled cheese has all the superior flavors needed in each bite. AD I make mine on my goodcookcom 11” griddle pan. Gouda & Spinach Grilled Cheese::::
4 slices of gouda (or cheese of choice, mozzarella also works great)
fresh spinach
4 pieces of bakery bread, I did roasted garlic bread
A small scrape of butter on each side of the bread
Cook each side on medium heat for about 4 minutes each side.
Add a little swipe of mayo or truffle mayo to each side and let it sizzle in the griddle for another 2 minutes each side before serving.
