Chipotle Lime Grilled Steak Tacos 🌮 
These tacos will knock your socks off with flavor. They are simple, smoky, and fresh. AD: I use aspenridgenaturalangusbeef NY strip steak for the ultimate high-quality beef raised without added antibiotics or added hormones. You can choose any grilled veggie to pair your grilled steak tacos with – trust me grill masters, you will love these.

What’s in them:::
* aspenridgenaturalangusbeef NY Strip Steak found at safeway 
*1 small can of chipotle peppers in sauce
*4 limes
*2 tbsp honey
*1 Vidalia onion sliced
*pico de gallo ( I used pre-made)
*avocado slices
*yellow corn tortillas (grilled or warmed)

To make :::~ use juice from two limes and ½ can of the chipotle peppers in a large bowl and marinate steaks for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to 450º. With leftover limes, chipotle, and honey, place in a high-speed blender and blitz into a smooth sauce. If it’s too spicy, just add a little more honey.

Place onion on a hot grill for about 5 minutes. Then, add NY Strip steak. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes. Make sure internal temperature reaches 135-145F for a nice Medium cook. Brush with honey chipotle sauce once. Let the meat rest for a few minutes, slice and assemble tacos. Use the chipotle, honey mixture on each taco for sauce. YUM!
