*chopped kale or spinach
*panko bread crumbs
*cucumber *optional
*avocado sliced for topping
Red Pepper Dressing::::
*tahini

*sun dried tomatoes in oil
*honey
*lemon juice
*garlic powder

Fried halloumi is optional I like to toss mine in a very hot pan and fry each side for about three minutes.
