Let me just say yum. This Slow Cooker BBQ shredded chicken is versatile, tasty AF and minimal ingredients. I like to make a fat sandwich with it and top it with homemade slaw.
WHAT YOU NEED:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup broth or water
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 cups chopped peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp fresh time.
Layer in a #slowcooker in that order and set the heat to high for 4 to 6 hours (the longer, the more tasty!) xoxo.
