Zesty #Corn and Black Bean Salad Recipe:
• 1 red bell pepper chopped
• 3 ears of corn cooked, shucked and cut off the cob ~ about 3 cups
• 1- 15 oz can O Organics Black Beans (no salt added)
• 2 avocados peeled, pitted and sliced
• ¼ cup red onion (medium) thinly sliced
• ¼ cup cilantro chopped
~Mix together in a large bowl~
Dressing:
• ¼  cup fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon O Organics Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 tablespoons O Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
~Blend together, pour over corn salad~
