Viva Las Vegas! Thank you to everyone who joined us at La Fontaine at fontainebleaulasvegas⁠ to celebrate the amazing women on the Las Vegas food scene and the launch of Destination Cherry Bombe, our podcast mini-series dedicated to all things food and travel supported by vegas. ⁠

Radio Cherry Bombe host kerrybombe moderated a panel with some of the top culinary talent in the city, including susanfeniger of bordergrill & bbqmexicana, master mixologist of wynnlasvegas Mariena Mercer Boarini (mariena_the_wanderlush_), director of beverage development for fontainebleaulasvegas⁠ Juyoung Kang (girlnamedju), and executive chef of La Fontaine laeti.rouabah. The panel covered everything from the evolution of the Vegas scene to advice for those in the industry to the women who inspire each panelist. ⁠

Chef Laetitia Rouabah and her team at La Fontaine created a beautiful menu featuring crudité with tapenade, garlic aioli, & hummus; smoked deviled eggs; tarte flambée with crème fraîche, bacon, & caramelized onion; and New York strip steak bites with bearnaise sauce. Guests sipped on the Raspberry Beret, made with gin, bitters, raspberry, lemon, and egg white, or the Merryweather, a mocktail containing lyresspiritco’s pink London, blue spirulina, pineapple, and lemon. ⁠
