If you:
🔘 Have trouble sequencing.
🔘 Early extend.
🔘 Need more side bend.
🔘 etc…

Then this drill is for you! 🫵🏻

📌 Grab two alignment sticks.
📌 Stick one through the front two belt loops of your pants.
📌 Put the other across your shoulders.
📌 Favor the alignment sticks towards the trail side of your body.
📌 Get in your golf posture and turn back.
📌 On the way down, have the sticks touch; shoulder stick behind hip stick. 

This improves so many flaws in your swing:
✅ Sequencing
✅ Early extension
✅ Side bend
✅ Posture
✅ Rotation
✅ Legwork
✅ And so much more!
