EARLY EXTENDERS ❌

Had an interesting discussion with one of my online students today, who had always believed that transition should start with powering the hips open. This idea, along with a compromised trail elbow position was causing him to early extend, resulting in thin shots to the right. Had a great discussion about how pressure must shift to the left before we can begin to rotate. Helping create a better sequence. This drill enable him to exaggerate the feel! 

Important to note, this drill won’t work for everyone! But we help a majority of players with their sequencing.
