ALIGNMENT STICK IDEAS 💡

If you’re going to invest in any training aid, I highly recommend getting a decent set of alignment sticks. My sticks are a staple in my own practice and my coaching 💯

Just a few of my favourites;

1. T- Alignment- I set my sticks up like this for a majority of my block practice sessions. Great for ensuring your body and club face alignments are in check and ensuring your ball position is consistent! 

2. Lead Side connection- Great for those struggling to stay on plane in the backswing and also for those who get a little flippy through impact! 

3. Trail arm connection- Great to help those players struggling to maintain a connected trail arm and also an easy way to check point your backswing positions!
