Getting the trail forearm over you’re lead foot can be a great feel for players who struggle with getting their right arm caught up, but most of the time, there is a root cause to the trail arm lagging behind. ⁣

What we’re trying to do is get the right arm connect to our right side (in front of the trail hip) and turn the chest through hard from P5.5. ⁣
⁣
Simply trying to jam the right arm down in front usually results in the hand path working out to much, and the body stalling at the bottom.⁣
