My three year old brought home some nasty stuff from school, so I’be been out of commission big time for a bit. Luckily I never posted this little nugget. So here it is.⁣

Being able to move the middle is, in my opinion, a big piece to getting the shaft to pitch the way we want.⁣
⁣
If you can get the rib cage moving in the takeaway, you can avoid getting overly adducted in the lead shoulder early, keeping the lead arm off the chest. That way you’ll have room to move the chest into the lead arm in transition as you move from left bend, back into flexion, then toward right bend.⁣
