Chris getting things going after one lesson in my skillestapp “Better Every Month” month program.⁣

At the end you’ll see some data from sportsboxai. ⁣

We started with upgrading his posture. From DTL you would see too much hip flexion with balance points off. This made it tough to turn and put him a touch more in right bend at setup than I’d prefer. ⁣
⁣
Big goal was to create a setup and pivot that would allow Chris to open up better in the DS and get more pressure left. ⁣
⁣
His pelvis favors his lead side at setup, so his “Pelvic Sway” numbers won’t be as high as 5-6” ranges, but would be great to get in the 4”s. Progress already on all metrics.⁣
