I use this drill A LOT with my skillestapp players. Such an easy way to feel getting trail hip depth (make sure you truly know what that means) and getting the sternum loaded into the trailside.⁣

Take it slow, then build up speed as you go. Also helps make sure ball placement is solid. ⁣

Great thing is if you’re posture is off, you won’t be able to move like this.⁣
