Adding speed through fitness isn’t rocket science. 
1️⃣Get a light- moderate dead ball
2️⃣Throw or slam it
3️⃣Then get a speed stick, 4i or driver and swing fast both ways.

Sets can be mid- high and reps are low. 
Don’t train to fatigue, once you feel you are slowing down, STOP, REST, REPEAT!
