Don't be afraid of the exaggerated feel‼️

If you're making a change and it doesn't feel different or uncomfortable, chances are you aren't doing it right! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm constantly giving my students exaggerated feel drills, to reinforce ideas, concepts and positions. By practicing dramatic feels, you're more inclined to implement the actual movement/ position a lot quicker, than just hitting 1000s of balls and hoping for the best.
