☘️Domino Effect of Pressure☘️
Good day everyone. So it’s one thing to profess that a certain pattern or move in a golf swing will actively encourage a better movement at that location but it sometimes get lost the domino effect that the new pattern or awareness of that same area might have.

Depending where you place pressure in your feet your body reactions or indeed choices will be either directed or limited. When we look at how we move in a golf swing we would like to move in such a way that the domino reactionary move is complimentary to our desired shot shape or pattern. How that pressure in your trail foot moves will have a large bearing on how your legs and pelvis react in the downswing. Give your system the best opportunity or platform to react in an personally efficient manner. Set yourself up for success in your backswing. ☘️👊
