✔️ Get into your normal posture
✔️ Grab a basket ball 🏀 *medicine balls also work great for this*
✔️ Feel chest and arms work back together
✔️ Use your legs, torso and chest to propel the arms and the ball

✖️One of the biggest faults I see as a coach is an over usage of the upper body and arms
