💭 What can we take from this short clip? ⁣

📌Prior to this exercise this athlete was heavily invested in his “technical development” almost to the extent of trying to be “perfect”. ⁣
We know there is no “perfect” and the last thing we want is to loose or train away the athletes subconscious external skills by becoming overly internal focused.⁣

📌Objective here was to blend the picture of what he has been working on prior to this session with an associated feel of balance and flow to his movement.⁣
Moving through this drill we opened up the players attention to what makes him great, developed a strong mental picture with connected feel and auditory feedback. ⁣
This was an eye opening session for both athlete and coach to see what is possible when the “athlete within” is unlocked and trust in the background work let free! 🔥✨
