⛔️Don’t stop the arms from swinging 

⛔️Don’t pin your arms to your body 

Yes, for many, a the feel of the torso moving can be a great way to putt. However, something I often see, is golfers trying to stop the arms swinging, by pinning them to the body (as in video)

The reality is, we cannot “lock” the shoulder joints. A torso driven stroke, is still a coordination of all moving parts. Yes, we often want some connection between our body and arms. However, the arms should b allowed swing. 

This doesn’t mean I don’t love drills to help the torso move. For many they’re great. This is just a warning ⚠️ to not take it too far....!
