Highlighting melting and toning oh my! I love a combination appointment and this one did not disappoint! I started with a full head highlight using matrix high riser pre-bonded 9 level lift lightner. I bumped her base while adding depth all over using socolor 6na and 8av with 20vol and toned with tonal control new shade 9g! We love a dimensional blonde!
