## Caption

Last year we joined the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) because we believe that the running industry needs to make good on its promise of being an activity for all. And in order for the sport to be truly transformative, it must include everybody. 

This year on Global Running Day, runningdiversity asked the running industry for transparency and accountability. With humility, and the understanding that Oiselle has been complicit in systemic racism, we wanted to share more about the work we’re doing. 

We believe in the work that the RIDC is doing to transform the running industry and to further support their vision and goals, today we are committing $50,000 as a first year contribution.
