Please join us on Monday, June 8th for the Collegiate Athletes Run for BLM Fundraiser. The goal of this fundraiser is to get people active and motivated to donate while acknowledging the 8 minutes and 46 seconds that George Floyd was forcibly held down by Minnesota police. This isn’t the only instance of police brutality that resulted in the death of a black person. We hope to bring awareness to racism, social justice, and equality through a new light.

Here's how it works: (run/bike/walk/swim etc.)
- perform 8.46 miles of a combination of activities - perform 8.46 minutes of each activity, at once or throughout the day
- perform 8.46 minutes of 1 activity, etc.

How to help: - Post the flier on your Instagram, before Monday. Help raise support, awareness, knowledge, and support for the Black Lives Matter Movement. 
Bonus:
- You can also use the Nike run app, apple watch, fit bit, etc, that tracks your time and mileage to then post. - Feel free to provide history of black athletes, petition links, numbers, and more to provide new and helpful information to those who see it. - Share your own stories and bring to light other racial injustices faced in athletics.
- Advocate, educate, and inspire people to want to make a difference.
