The Starry brought a little sweetness and tang from the lemon like flavor, which blended perfectly with the savory and spicy notes. Perfect noodles n drink for the hot weather coming :’) Grab Starry from your local grocery stores and give this a try‼️🍜 Ingredients: + 1/4 large cucumber (julienned) + 2 servings of knife cut noodles (can substitute w/ any noodles of choice) + handful of cilantro (roughly chopped) Sauce: + 1 scallion stalk (diced, reserve a little bit for garnish) + 2T garlic (minced) + 1T sesame seeds + 1-2T red pepper flakes + 2-4T hot oil + 5T soy sauce (adjust to taste) + 1T oyster sauce + 1T chili oil + ~1/3 cup of Starry soda Steps: Chop garlic, cilantro, and cucumbers. Boil your knife cut noodles to your desired texture, drain, and set aside. Put garlic, most of the scallions (reserve a little bit for garnish), sesame seeds, red pepper flakes in a small heat safe bowl. Heat up some oil, and pour hot oil into bowl with seasonings and aromatics. Mix well. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, and Starry soda. Mix well. Adjust any of these seasonings to taste. Add your noodles into a bowl, top off with cilantro, cucumber, and the last of the scallion before pouring over the sauce and mixing well.
