#MensMentalHealthMonth: Emergency room physician and author Dr. Rob Gore ’98 joined alumnus Geoffrey Bennett ’02 on #PBSNewsHour to discuss how trauma has influenced the lives of Black men and proactive measures in resolving those challenges.

The two Morehouse men engaged in a constructive dialogue about Gore’s journey and his new book, “Treating Violence: An Emergency Room Doctor Takes on a Deadly American Epidemic.” In addition to the book, Gore launched a prevention program aimed at keeping young people from acts of violence before they reach his ER.
