Approaching 3 months of no proper leg-training. I’ve been given the all clear to get stuck in again 💪

Grateful to be able to start loading up & moving again. Every day I’m getting more range, strength & tolerance in this newly reattached Achilles.

Super happy with how my rehab is going. It’s slow and repetitive, but progress is unrelentingly moving in the right direction 🙏
