CrossFit has one of the most amazing communities. Yesterday we did a workout for a little boy name Brock who is 5 years old and is going through one heck of a time. He was diagnosed with cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy and needs a bone marrow transplant. So all of us at @crossfitdiem showed out support and did 100 cal Row, 100 cal Bike and 100 cal Ski and did 7 burpees every 2 minutes to show our support!
