Applied lecturer and bassist (and the Jazz Lab Band's favorite ultra-runner) Jason Foureman has released an excellent new jazz album, Duo, on Summit Records with pianist Stephen Anderson! We're obviously a biased source, but since Summit submitted it to be considered for a Grammy nomination (🤯) we think you can trust us. The pair will perform in a livestream concert this Saturday, Oct. 24 at 7pm from the sharp9jazzclub in Durham, that you can enjoy from the comfort of your couch.
