We must be trying to sell everyone on Instagram to come to physical therapy.  How could we?!?
_
But the reality is - many injuries are insidious in nature. Meaning, they just seem to pop up out of nowhere.
_
These types of injuries happen from micro trauma that builds up from poor movement patterns, lack of mobility, stability, or strength.
_
If you got assessed by a physical therapist once or twice a year, you would be aware of all your movement deficiencies.  You would now be aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and would have a plan for attacking them.

This will help you continue moving and performing well year round.

We already do preventative care for our health, teeth, and eyes. Why not the rest of our bodies?
