Did you miss our ballet session yesterday? Well here is a young dancer working on her core and pelvic stability for #worldballetday. Our very own ljclarkson2017 working with Hannah on her foundation with a stability ball. Hannah is practicing her develope ( say de vel lopay) to the front with a ronde de jambe to the side and back to the front with an envelope ( lopay) .  The goal is the challenge her core stability, pelvic stability, and supporting leg. .
