Go spend time exploring how your joints move through walking, hiking, stretching, swimming, or whatever other activity you enjoy. Just make sure you are exploring those ranges. Not just staying in your comfort zone. #explore ・・・

🤺Moving every joint daily offers us immense benefit. There are not many excuses out there good enough for you to not be doing so.

⛳️Movement nourishes joints, helps you maintain mobility as you age, and have less pain overall.

🏋️‍♀️In conjunction with a strength training program, daily movement can help give your body the longevity needed for any activity you want to throw it's way.

🤸‍♂️My preferred method of doing so is through the use of Controlled Articular Rotations popularized by drandreospina

A whole body routine takes less than 10 minutes to complete and leaves your body feeling 💯%.
