Let’s do my physical therapy outside!☀️💪🏽🍉🌻

I decided to change up the scenery and do my exercises outside to get some sun!☀️ Doing my physical therapy exercises inside was starting to get boring and I started to get a little lazy. I would procrastinate all day and do them at night with no motivation. So before my brother and I tried out my mics (from previous video) I did my exercises and let me tell you there’s gonna me more of that.💪🏽 Changing up the scenery is just as important, we get bored of the same exact routine day in and day out. So change it up a little!🤩
