We did that! 5,000m Australian Record 🇦🇺 14:43.80 😃

Well Coach, if the race were 5001m, I’m not sure what would’ve happened, but I think I hit the plan to run as hard as I could for 5000m. Incredible to share 12 and a half laps, step for step with shannonrowbury. I cannot thank you enough for helping me grit it out through unchartered territory 🥵 learning from the best day in, day out!
