Here at Sweat, we like it hot. We believe that when you sweat, you can feel liberated, strong, and more connected to yourself than ever before. 

Our classes are designed to take you to your physical and mental edge - the infrared-heat, dark room, no mirrors and dynamic music create the perfect ambiance to develop your practice and go inward.

We see life as an art, the body as the instrument, and yoga as one of the tools we use to fine-tune.
