#RepGame 2 features an “L cone" agility into a ground-ball handle ending with a variety of shots. The points of emphasis:
- Start sprint explosively, break-down (lower hips & chop feet) when changing direction, and drop inside shoulder when running around cones.
- When ball-handling off the ground keep the ball and your body moving in the same direction while hovering head over the ball.
- After gaining possession adjust and round down towards the goal for a shot. Practice different ways to finish; shooting on the run, time & room, and don’t forget to mix in some creativity.
- Hit the green targets in the top left & right corners.
