A safe, healthy environment is a human right. Yet, polluted air affects 99% of the world's population, resulting in 7 million premature deaths every year. 

The good news is that it is a ⁣preventable problem and each of us can do our part to tackle this global health emergency with simple #ClimateAction steps, such as planting trees or commuting without polluting.

"Together, we can reduce air pollution and keep people and the planet healthy and safe," said UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Wednesday's #WorldCleanAirDay.
