Last week, the Lee-Scott Academy JV & Varsity cheer teams finished their week at UCA Cheer Camp in Tuscaloosa on the campus of the University of Alabama. This was the squads' first camp outside of the AISA and they did an amazing job working hard and competing all week long! With over 900 campers in attendance, the girls represented Lee-Scott Academy so well! We are so proud of all their accomplishments and can’t wait to watch them the rest of the season!

The JV squad received a blue ribbon for every evaluation and finished 3rd in their division! They had 8 All-Americans and 3 Pin It Forward recipients.

All-Americans: Anniston King, Olivia York, Lila Calhoun, Ava Senn, Kennedy Hyte, Ellie MacIsaac, Madelyn Wheeles, and Campbell Thompson

Pin It Forward recipients: Lucy Liles, Campbell Thompson, and Ellie MacIsaac

The Varsity squad received the gold superior ribbon for all their evaluations, finished third in cheer and fourth in camp routine in a very tough Super Varsity division! They had 6 All-Americans and 3 Pin It Forward recipients!

All-Americans: Lily Senn, Catherine Persons, Laken Smith, Layla Keebler, Georganna Curtis and Scarlett Wood

Pin It Forward recipients: Brooklyn Forbus, Scarlett Wood, and Laken Smith

Way to go, girls! We can't wait to watch you in action this fall!
