POST ACL RECOVERY WEEK 4💪🏽🤩

Week 4 has definitely been the most exciting so far!🌟I got some new exercises during my physical therapy sessions💪🏽 I got a new brace for when I can start bending my knee🦿I did a mic’d up video with my brother🎙️I have a obsession with soft tacos🌮and I went to the gym twice this week!🏋🏽‍♀️ I’m super excited for week 5, I don’t have physical therapy this week but I’ll be going to the gym a lot more and I can’t wait! 😁🌟
