Known for their horses, wheat, dreadtooths, goats, leather, giant pearls, salt, Kivihkya has a storied history. When there were Demons 2000 years ago, a council of 14 took on the roles of the 14 symbols in the Svanihk culture--led by what is traditionally the Burned Man but, to them, was the Blood God Kivihk. But Kivihk died after getting drunk in Ririkya and insulting Ririhks, leaving only his descendent behind and the war with Ririkya began. They became the first Blood Tsar of Kivihkya with every other 13 Tsars being considered lesser Tsars.

While the city used to be a pinnacle of Svanihk architecture, the Telethenians bulldozed and burned large swaths of it to the grown before forcibly errecting new buildings in the Telethenian style. Some of the old square towers still remain. A giant statue of the Philosopher King was erected at the top of the city, but the locals secretly added in symbols that marks it as their Kivihk instead. Today, the Tsars still rule the city--people are pretty anti-Telethenians here and actively vote for the Tsars.
