LOOK AT THIS BEAUTIFUL. EGG. STUFFED. CHICKEN. BURGER! 😋
I wanted to try something different at home, so I thought why not put an entire egg in a burger, restaurants do it so...why can't I? It was really delicious - and packed full of protein because we got eggs and meat all wrapped into this lovely burger.
It's super quick, and easy to make - the best part? You can boil, fry or poach an egg in just a few minutes for an extra boost of protein on any burger!
If you'd like to give this a try - here's how you do it!

1. Boil your eggs! I used 1 egg per burger, and hard boiled my eggs, so prepare as many eggs as your heart desires! Insider tip: a serving of two large eggs provides 13 grams of protein!

2. Season your ground chicken with whatever you'd like. I used salt, pepper, italian seasoning and oregano. Annnd I put lots of it too!

3. Mix your meaaaattt!

4. Place a piece of plastic wrap on your countertop, or on a cutting board.

5. Shape a burger patty and place it on the plastic wrap.

6. Take one of your boiled eggs and place it in the centre of the patty.

7. Take one side of the plastic, and fold the patty over once, and then take the other side of the plastic, and fold it over again!

8. Undo the plastic wrap and shape the burger - square, circle, triangle - whatever you want!!

9. Fry the burger (I put about 1/2 an inch of oil in a pan and just cooked it that way)

10. Assemble and eat!!! Enjoy guys, and if you try it, let me know how you like it :) eggsoeufs #eggsanytime #partner
