Together, we learn. Together, we strive to improve. Together, we celebrate. #Juneteenth

Learn more about the creation of this piece from artist @studiol.o:

“I took a route that leans on nostalgia to tell the story of Juneteenth, while still highlighting @swimuphill and athletes to come. In the background, you'll see the transcript from the Emancipation Proclamation overlaid with a custom medal featuring Jamal, with the text, "A Day That Paved The Way, For Continued Greatness". The final line calls out "Together, We Celebrate. Freedom Day" – Kearra Johnson
