Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. janeygal1 was a part of Pat Summitt's staff that advanced to Tennessee's first ever NCAA Final Four in 1982. Pat began creating her legacy at age 22 at Tennessee with a contract paying her only $250 for the year. She embodied true passion for the game and had vision for our sport when it was not the popular thing to do. No money incentives, no fame, and no glamour. Just a strong desire to coach & teach the game of basketball. Although she was extremely tough on the court, she had an amazing heart & love for her staff & players off of the court. Her mentorship & friendship with Jane and countless other former players/staff is where her true legacy will be held. Not in the championships & wins & awards. The fight she showed against Alzheimer's disease will continue to be carried out & she will forever be remembered as a fighter. #NoPityParties #FierceCourage #PatSummitt 💜
