In an effort to help protect the health of our dancers & families, as well as our community, WCAS will be closed for regular classes Sunday, March 22nd through Tuesday, March 31st (we are on spring break March 15th-21st). We will very much miss seeing our dancers in person, but thankfully we will be holding virtual classes online so that we can continue to inspire, cultivate, and prepare dancers for the full dance team experience. If you’re currently a registered student at WCAS, look for an email in the next few days with a virtual class schedule and instructions for watching.

Our new gym in Chesterfield is still scheduled to open April 1st, but of course we will continue to closely monitor the situation, consult with medical professionals, and postpone that opening if need be to protect the health of our dancers and families.

In the meantime, please pray for all the first responders and healthcare providers on the front lines of this fight, as well as our civic leaders at all levels of government. As for us, we will hold firm to the wisdom and comfort found in Psalm 46:1-3: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” We will be OK - take care of yourselves and each other, and look for opportunities to be a light in dark times. #wcasbettertogether #togetherinspirit
