Huge congrats to the UC Santa Cruz iGEM team for winning GOLD at the 2020 iGEM Giant Jamboree! They are the first iGEM team from UC Santa Cruz to win gold. Their work to create an alternative plastic for strawberry growers was also nominated for Best Environmental Project. WE ARE SO PROUD!
