In an election like no other, it's more important than ever to let your voice be heard. On National Voter Registration Day, we're encouraging all eligible Slugs to make sure you're registered to vote by October 19th! Link in bio to get started. 
🗳️ Decide where you want to register. Whether you’re living at home or at school, make sure your registration reflects the place you’ll be able to receive important election mail — like your ballot. If you plan to vote in person, you’ll be assigned a polling place near the address where you’re registered, so it should be somewhere you can get to on Election Day.
🗳️ Make sure you’re eligible. In general, you need to be 18 years old by Election Day and a U.S. citizen (in addition to some other requirements).
🗳️ Register as soon as possible! Link in bio to register. Powered by rockthevote. Many states are encouraging voters to cast their ballots by mail because of the global pandemic. California voters who register by mid-September will have vote-by-mail ballots automatically sent to them. After October 19, you can use Same Day Voter Registration to vote conditionally at your county elections office, polling place or vote center.
